Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai peran yang krusial dalam mengarahkan dan memfasilitasi penggunaan teknologi di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah dengan integrasi teknologi oleh guru. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif ini mengambil data melalui survei dari sampel  yang terdiri dari 32 kepala sekolah dan 61 guru di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Teknik analisis korelasi digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki kepemimpinan digital yang tinggi, khususnya dalam aspek kepemimpinan visioner dan pengembangan profesional, yang berdampak positif pada penggunaan teknologi oleh guru, terutama dalam komunikasi dan administrasi. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait kompetensi digital guru dan infrastruktur teknologi masih menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah memegang peran penting dalam mendukung adopsi teknologi oleh guru. Namun untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya diperlukan peningkatan pelatihan digital dan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi di sekolah
