Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan is a peer-reviewed journal published by Badan Standar, Kurikulum, dan Asesmen Pendidikan, Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Agency for Standardization, Curriculum, and Assessment in Education, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia), published twice a year in June and December.
The first edition published in 1995 under the name of Jurnal Ilmiah Kajian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan with ISSN number 0215-2673. In 1999 it became Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Other than its name, it also changed its frequency of publication, that is, in 1999 for every two months, in 2011 for every three months, in 2015 for every four months, and in 2017 for every six months. In 2016 it had new ISSN 2460-8300 and started the volume from one. Since 2016 it also published in online version with ISSN 2528-4339.
