Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui bagaimana respon dan pendapat para pendidik mengenai fitur Pelatihan Mandiri pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Lima aspek yang diteliti meliputi kemudahan akses, tampilan, konten/materi, keterampilan, dan kebermanfaatan. Metode penelitian berupa statistik deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data survei melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Subjek penelitian adalah pendidik di Sekolah Penggerak yang telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di Kepulauan Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur Pelatihan Mandiri bagi para penggunanya mudah diakses, tampilan dapat menfasilitasi gaya belajar, topik yang disediakan beragam dan relevan dengan kebutuhan, memberikan kemudahan dalam menyelesaikan aksi nyata, dan membantu mendapatkan pemahaman utuh terkait implementasi kurikulum Merdeka. Dengan demikian, fitur Pelatihan Mandiri efektif digunakan sebagai platform pembelajaran mandiri untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka
