Bio Statement

The initial phase in planning our ideal every day schedule is to take a gander at our current one. I need you to track every one of your exercises for an entire week. Try not to get OCD with this and choose you will do it for eternity. You're not a machine.

I track my nourishment allow, my exercises, my contemplation and my perusing progress each day. In any case, to track your vehicle, the time you spend gaming, sitting in front of the TV, surfing the web (ahem), eating and everything in the middle of isn't simply unsustainable, it's silly.

You'd track so much you'd need to make sense of how to track the time you spend following, and that just makes my head hurt…

There are two different ways of following your every day schedules. The first is with a watch, a pen and cushion, yet that is old fashioned.
