Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh sikap profesional guru, pemahaman perkembangan anak, dan berpikir kreatif terhadap kemampuan guru menyusun assessment keterampilan proses pada guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kebumen Jawa Tengah. Data dianalisis dengan metode-metode korelasional dan analisis jalur rekursif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh: (1) langsung sikap profesional guru terhadap pemahaman perkembangan anak, (2) langsung sikap profesional guru terhadap berpikir kreatif, (3) langsung pemahaman perkembangan anak terhadap berpikir kreatif, (4) langsung sikap profesional guru terhadap kemampuan guru menyusun assessment keterampilan proses,(5) tidak langsung pemahaman perkembangan anak terhadap kemampuan guru menyusun assessment keterampilan proses, (6) langsung berpikir kreatif guru terhadap kemampuan guru menyusun assessment keterampilan proses.
